Terms of service (ToS)

1. Introduction

Welcome to TechTack. These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of our software development services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that these terms are compliant with the laws of Egypt.

2. Service Scope and Limitations

2.1 Service Scope

Our responsibilities are limited to addressing bugs and issues directly related to our implementation of the agreed-upon requirements. Additional features or changes in requirements not clearly communicated and documented at the outset may incur additional charges.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be as per the agreement signed prior to the commencement of work. Payments are due as outlined in the agreement.

3.2 Refund Policy

All services rendered by TechTack are non-refundable, consistent with Egyptian commercial and contractual laws. This includes situations where the client decides to cancel or alter the project scope after work has commenced.

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are only considered if a client decides to remove a specific feature before half of the agreed-upon project time has elapsed. This refund, equivalent to half the price of the service related to that specific feature, is subject to TechTack’s sole discretion, and TechTack reserves the right to deny such refund requests based on the circumstances of the project and the work completed at the time of the request.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Clear Requirements

It is the client's responsibility to provide clear, detailed, and final requirements before the commencement of work. Ambiguity or lack of clarity in the requirements may result in additional costs for requirement modifications.

4.2 Acceptance of Deliverables

The client is responsible for reviewing and accepting the deliverables within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to communicate acceptance, rejection, or feedback may be considered as acceptance of the deliverables.

5. Liability and Warranty

5.1 Warranty

TechTack warrants that the software developed will function as agreed upon in the signed requirements document. This warranty is limited to bug fixes and does not extend to changes in project scope or additional features.

5.2 Liability Limitations

TechTack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, within the limits allowed by Egyptian law.

6. Amendments to Terms of Service

6.1 Right to Amend

TechTack reserves the right to amend these TOS at any time. All amendments will be effective immediately upon posting the revised TOS on our website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of TechTack, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
