Payment terms are outlined in the agreement signed prior to the commencement of work, detailing when payments are due and any other financial conditions.

While we aim to accommodate changes, additional features or changes in requirements not initially agreed upon may incur extra charges.

Services rendered by TechTack are generally non-refundable. However, under certain circumstances, partial refunds for specific features removed before half of the project timeline may be considered at TechTack’s discretion.

If a bug is found, please report it to TechTack. Our responsibility includes addressing bugs and issues directly related to our implementation of the agreed-upon requirements.

TechTack’s liability is limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages as allowed by Egyptian law. This does not extend to changes in project scope or additional features not part of the original agreement.
